From design to the finished product
Quality design for concrete results
This is why we believe it is important to understand the customer’s needs, and we take care of every single request based on the specific industry sector. Our customers are highly satisfied and report that optimized heat exchanger design positively influences the quality of the final product and energy savings.
Processing stages
First of all, we proceed with the sizing phase: depending on the products and the work to be performed, the heat exchanger is sized using internal calculation software, which takes into account our profiles and the depth of the corrugation applied to the tubes.
Next is the design phase: the technical department, using advanced software and technologies, proceeds with the creation of the production drawing, taking into account the main industry regulations.
The project then moves to the production department, where highly qualified personnel proceed, with extreme attention to detail, through the various stages of realization:
• Corrugation • Satin finish • Skirting • Welding • Trimming • Expanding • Polishing
Final phase
Last, but not least, we proceed with the testing phase, where various tests are carried out to guarantee a high-quality product.
